KRISHNA PRASAAD B is the sole AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) registered
Mutual Fund Distributor and Principal Officer holding ARN-300748. The AMFI registration
is held exclusively by the Principal Officer and is used to operate the Live Investments
platform.

(ARN-300748) is maintained current with AMFI, and our Principal Officer KRISHNA
PRASAAD B holds all necessary certifications as required by AMFI/NISM.
